Customers are allowed a five day grace period from the date of purchase, to cancel their
ad unless the ad has been completed within that time frame and approved by the customer. If the
ad has been completed and approved during that five day grace period, then the customer will not receive a refund. If the
ad has not been completed during the five day grace period and the customer is requesting to cancel the ad; the customer
will receive a 40% refund for the total cost of the order just purchased from the date of initial purchase up to the five
day grace period which includes weekend days as well. If the customer has signed up for recurring service then
the upcoming orders for the next month(s) will be canceled as long as the customer advises us thirty days in advance of the
next month ad publishing. If the customer does not advice us 30 days in advance of the next upcoming ad, then they will
be charged for that month however, the remaining months will be canceled with no additional fees applied.
